To make
the most of your hat here are a few tips on how
to look after it:-
- Never wear your
hat in the rain. Dyes can run, sinamay
can lose its shape and silk will get
water marks. If the weather looks
uncertain then take an umbrella and if
you get caught in a shower, dive for
cover!
- When trying on
your hat make sure your hands are clean,
an expensive hat can become grubby very
quickly.
- Your hat will
need adjusting on your head to make it
look absolutely fabulous but try to
adjust it by the crown rather than the
brim. It is easy to pull the brim out of
shape.
- Always store
and pack the hat carefully in tissue
paper.
